Greg Curran, professionally known as DJ Greggie C, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Curran Entertainment and The DJ Entertainment School. With over 30 years of experience as a professional mobile DJ, he has established a significant presence in the industry. His sponsorships include notable companies such as Peavey Electronics and Loomis Insurance Co., among others. His journey began in 1987 while working with a college radio station, where he assisted in mobile setups for live broadcasts, ultimately leading to his career as a mobile DJ.
Greg has served as a DJ at the DJ Expo held in Atlantic City during the years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023, while also undertaking the responsibilities of Master of Ceremonies and presently hosting two seminars through his organization, The DJ Entertainment School. Additionally, he performed as a DJ at the NYC DJ CON in 2017 and 2018, during which he had the esteemed privilege of moderating a DJ education workshop for Peavey Electronics. In 2016, he commenced his Master of Ceremonies duties for the International DJ Expo, collaborating with DJ Times and Peavey Electronics. Furthermore, in 2019, Greg began conducting an annual seminar at the DJ Times DJ Expo, concentrating on instructing beginners on how to DJ and achieve success in the field.
Karaoke, trivia, motivational and educational speaking, voiceovers, collaborative performances with bands, and the creation of cheerleading mixes are just a few of the services that Greg is proficient in. He has provided DJ services for numerous Fortune 500 companies and has performed at thousands of weddings. Among his distinguished clientele are the City of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Carson Wentz AO1 Foundation, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Greg serves as the owner and principal instructor of The DJ Entertainment School, an establishment that has been dedicating over 25 years to the training of DJs. During his extensive career, Greg has successfully trained thousands of DJs across the nation. He is also the author of a published book available on Amazon for The DJ Entertainment School, which details the intricacies of DJing at weddings and parties. In addition to his role as an educator, he actively works as a Freelance DJ, Music/Audio Producer and Engineer, wedding officiant, and the owner of a comprehensive entertainment company. Greg is also available for public speaking engagements, advisory roles, educational presentations, and motivational events. Furthermore, he conducts DJ training sessions globally at the DJ Expo (DJX) held annually in Atlantic City.
